Today, I performed my first (insignifiant) pull request on GitHub, for an open-source project (akka-http, not to name it). Just to be sure to remember the steps I followed:

A few days ago, I had to configure Thunderbird on a Linux machine, as a client for Gmail. The associated Google account was a G Suite one. As I already went through Thunderbird configuration for Gmail some months ago and did not face any trouble, I was not expecting any difficulty for this new configuration operation. Even if the new operation was for a G Suite account, while the previous one was for a free account...

Development Environment - Linux Mint 19.1

I just started a new project using JavaFX. My development VM is now a Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa MATE. Java version is openjdk version "11.0.3" 2019-04-16.

I configured my development environment as follows.

Two days ago, my MacBook Pro (Retina 13, 2015) keyboard and trackpad stopped working. I had to connect external USB keyboard and mouse to go on using it.

The GitLab version I was running was not the latest one: it was the 8.15.1-ce.0 while the 9.2.1-ce.0 has been available for a few days now. So I decided to upgrade. But I faced a problem: a 500 error page was displayed after the upgrade.
